This website is operated under the ModbusX brand. For privacy questions or requests about your information, use the contact details on our support page.

Website visits

Our hosting provider may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and access time, to deliver and protect the website. This version of the website does not load advertising or analytics trackers.

Online frame parser

The frame parser processes the hexadecimal data, labels and annotations you enter in your browser. The parser does not send those entries to our server. CSV files are generated locally when you choose to export. Data in the page is cleared when you reload or close it; downloaded files remain on your device.

Purchases through Paddle

When enabled, Paddle’s checkout code is loaded when you begin a purchase. Paddle processes billing and payment information as merchant of record. We may receive order information needed to deliver a license, support your purchase or process a refund. Our website does not collect or store full payment card details.

Support information

If you contact us, we use the details you provide to answer your question, investigate a problem or handle a license request. Send only the information needed for your request. Remove passwords, payment details and confidential device data from screenshots and logs.

Support and order information is retained only as needed to provide the service, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through support, subject to legal retention requirements. Paddle handles requests about information it controls through its own privacy channels.
