Refunds & cancellations
Read this policy before purchasing a license. Updated October 22, 2026.
Our voluntary refund offer
For new monthly, annual and lifetime licenses marked with this policy, you may request a refund within 168 hours (7 days) of successful payment, including after activation. The time you submit the request determines whether it is within this window.
Under this voluntary offer, 80% of the amount actually paid is refunded and 20% is retained. Once the refund is completed, the corresponding license becomes invalid. Older orders follow the terms agreed at purchase. Any software trial and this refund window are independent.
Paddle purchases and statutory rights
Paddle purchases are also subject to the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms. Our voluntary offer does not limit applicable withdrawal rights, remedies for defective or misdescribed products, or any greater entitlement under Paddle’s policies.
Where you are entitled to a full refund, the 20% retention does not apply. Requests outside our 7-day offer may still qualify under Paddle’s policy or applicable law.
How to request a refund
For a Paddle order, visit Paddle Buyer Support or use the support link in your receipt. Include your order reference, purchase email and the reason for your request. You can also contact us for product issues or help with the request. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing and bank posting times vary; Paddle will provide transaction updates.
Cancellation and renewal
The licenses offered on this website are one-time purchases for a stated term and do not renew automatically. There is no recurring charge to cancel. If you have a separate recurring Paddle subscription from an earlier purchase, manage it through the link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle Buyer Support. Cancelling future renewals does not itself refund an earlier payment.
